Log in to your NC Quick Pass account using your username and password.

After you log in to your account, select the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the screen. Select Profile and click the pencil icon to edit your information.

If you are not currently enrolled in automatic replenishment, log in to your account and select Payment Options from the main menu. Next, select the green Add New button to add a new credit card, debit card or bank account, and you will be enrolled in automatic replenishment.

It is important to keep your credit or debit card information current so that enough funds are available to refill your account. If you don’t have enough funds, future tolls will be invoiced at the higher Bill by Mail rate.

  • If you have an NC Quick Pass account, log in to your account and make a one-time payment.
  • If you do not have an NC Quick Pass account, pay online.
  • Call the customer service center.
  • Pay in person at a customer service center.
  • Mail a check or money order. Please do not mail cash.

If your account reaches a zero balance, you will be notified, and your account will be suspended. (Additional toll charges will be invoiced and mailed through the Bill by Mail program.) To reinstate your NC Quick Pass account, you must log in to your account and pay all toll charges, processing fees and civil penalties (if applicable) and refill the balance on your account.

You must update your account with any changes to your vehicle or license plate information before using a toll road again to avoid potential charges. You can update vehicle or license plate information by logging in and visiting the Vehicle section of your account.

You can add additional vehicles to your account by logging in and selecting Vehicles from the drop-down menu. Next, select the green Add New button to add a new vehicle.

You can add a temporary vehicle to your account once you log in. Select Vehicles from the drop-down menu, and then select the green Add New button. Enter the rental vehicle information and select the Temporary Vehicle button, then enter the start and end date for the rental.

Once the temporary vehicle is no longer being used on the account, please ensure you remove it.

It may be because the vehicle has previously traveled on a toll road and is associated with a Bill by Mail invoice. You can log in and contact us online for help updating this information.

You may request that your account be closed by contacting us online.
